Soundscape for Relaxation

Nikola Tesla believed that to understand the universe, we must think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration. A scientist and visionary ahead of his time, Tesla spoke about these ideas — and later, Einstein agreed. Today, science has proven it: sound healing works on the principle that everything in our universe is energy vibrating at different frequencies.

The human body is composed of approximately 70% water, making it an excellent conductor of vibration. When singing bowls, gongs, and other healing instruments are played, their vibrations travel deep into our cells — much like seismic waves through the earth. 🌍

The frequency at which we naturally vibrate is called resonance. Different sounds resonate with different organs and parts of the body. According to the Law of Resonance, when one vibrational system meets another with a similar frequency, their vibrations synchronise — a process known as entrainment or synchronicity.

When an organ or system is out of harmony, its sound pattern becomes distorted — leading first to disharmony, and eventually to disease. Sound healing helps realign these patterns, restoring balance, health, and emotional well-being. ✨

Additionally, the vibrations emitted by Tibetan bowls set off what's called Frequency Following Response — in other words, entrainment. (I discuss this further in my conversation with Leonardo on the “Serpent’s Path” podcast on my YT channel). This response promotes a balance between the left and right hemispheres of the brain, bringing the nervous system and bodily systems into a state of deep balance and homeostasis.
