Reiki is a universal energy force—an immeasurable and incomprehensible power that vibrates within us. Despite its intangibility, every being experiences its blessings daily, whether awake or asleep. Sometimes referred to as acupuncture without needles, Reiki vitalises the entire system. It can soothe pain, induce deep rest, or radiate vibrations of exultant feelings, lifting you into harmony.
Being a universal wave of energy, Reiki benefits all forms of life, including plants, animals, and humans. It facilitates a gentle process of resonance, helping the body achieve balance on physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels.
Reiki invites exploration into the connection between suppressed emotions and disorders or diseases. It proves effective in managing pain, depression, and anxiety, with the goal of assisting the body's own restorative process.
Applied through gentle, noninvasive touch, Reiki practitioners lay their hands either on or above specific regions of the body.

I offer one-to-one, distant, and group sessions.
In-person initial 60-75 minute sessions, including consultation, are priced at £77. Follow-up sessions start from £55. Distant healing (no phone call/video call required) ranges from £21 to £88, depending on the agreed session length. Packages and payment plans are available.

SOUND IMMERSION
Sound therapy, also known as sound healing or a sound bath, is a form of healing that has been recognised by people for centuries but forgotten in the Western world.
It's the vibration and frequency of the instruments that make you feel immersed in the blissful vastness of the ocean—the ever-changing flow and moods that bring us back to the womb, connecting with our inner self and rediscovering our authentic self.
The sound immersion provides the sensation of being lifted to the sky while also being deeply grounded. The waves of energy moving along the body break the nodes of stagnated energy, releasing pain and, at the same time, bringing a profound sense of relaxation and bliss.
Our bodies are composed of molecules and atoms that build our cells, shape our tissues, and form our organs. With quantum physics, we understand that each of these atoms vibrates and releases its energy at a specific frequency. Through sound immersion, we work on rebalancing and restoring these frequencies in our body.
I work with a drum, Chinese gong, alchemy crystal bowls, accompanied by other powerful instruments like bamboo chimes, Solfeggio tuning forks, or Nepalese bowls.
In-person, the initial 60-minute conversation and sound bath is priced at £65.

Embark on a Self-Discovery Journey with an intuitive psychotherapeutic method addressing both physical and psychological aspects. This approach emphasises the inseparable connection between mind and body, delving into the roots of issues beyond surface symptoms.
The Self-Discovery Journey involves empathy and attunement, fostering a deeper exploration and 'conversation' with your body. This curiosity about yourself brings you to the present moment, allowing safe exploration of suppressed emotions and core beliefs formed in childhood.
Therapy involves:
- Curiosity about your reactions, belief system, perceptions, and adaptations.
- Trusting that answers reside in your body's emotional imprint, guiding the integration of neglected parts.
- Welcoming emotions with compassion and acceptance, allowing them to surface and express themselves authentically.
Recognising suffering as illusionary, we can create new pathways (neuropaths) by realising its detachment from the present moment.

Your first 30-minute Self-Discovery Zoom call is free of charge. Follow-up sessions are tailored to each client's specific needs and depend on the length of engagement.
MINDFUL PILATES
Pilates stands out as a comprehensive exercise form that emphasizes balance, strength, stability, and core control.
Suitable for individuals of all ages and fitness levels, Mindful Pilates takes a unique approach. In this practice, we delve deeper into certain postures, particularly those that facilitate the flow of energy throughout the entire body. Conscious breathing becomes an integral part, beautifully weaving through each movement.
For me, Mindful Pilates transforms into a graceful dance, where seamless transitions between sections create a harmonious whole. This approach allows the body to fully experience itself in the present moment.
Mindful Pilates serves as a bridge, reconnecting your body not only with physical strength but also with your heart, providing a complete human experience.
I offer personalized one-to-one sessions in my private space and occasionally conduct classes in the local studio. My expertise extends to working with dancers, individuals with hypermobility, including those with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, and pre/postnatal women. All levels of fitness are warmly welcomed!
