Neuroplasticity - capability of the brain to develop new circuits to override the old ones, and that is done through therapy, meditation, mindfulness practices, yoga, and all kinds of techniques. But the answer is very much, yes, and that’s called neuroplasticity, the capacity of the brain to change. This has actually been shown on brain scans with people meditating. After a few months of mindfulness practice, their brains look different on a brain scan. They’ve also looked at brains before therapy and after therapy, and again the brains looks different, so we know that the answer is very much yes. And that’s the whole point of what I do ( through Compassionate Inquiry, Reiki and sound immersion) is to help you come into the present, connected to yourself 🤍
