About the event
Join us for an exploration of your being through gentle movement and soothing sound bath.
Inspired by Mary Oliver's Poetry, we invite you to land softly into presence, connecting breath, body and sound in a space of deep listening and release. We'll begin with movement and breath and then settle into a sound bath with gong and crystal bowls to leave you feeling grounded and connected.
This will be a two hour session co-facilitated by Gosia Malinowska and Stevie Back.
